Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is:

* Unused and unopened.
* In its original condition and packaging.
* Sealed with the original plastic wrapping and security seal intact.
* Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.

Opened, tested, sprayed, or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours and provide your order number and clear photos of the product.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost.

Shipping Fees & Refunds

Customers are responsible for shipping fees when the return or exchange is due to a change of mind.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 14 business days, depending on the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by Awad Perfumes.

Fragrance Performance

Fragrance longevity and projection may vary depending on skin type, weather, and application method. Differences in scent or performance based on personal expectations are not considered valid reasons for return.
